Gault Millau gourmet fair 2021

On18. and September 19, 2021the Kursalon Hübner in Vienna will once again be transformed into the absolute hotspot of the Austrian culinary scene. 100 top chefs from the most famous restaurants in Austria, 100 renowned Austrian winegrowers and a selection of the best producers will make their creations available for tasting. Since its premiere, the spectacular Gault&Millau event has become the most beautiful gourmet festival in Austria.

Show kitchen:

The show kitchen is always one of the highlights of the Gault&Millau gourmet trade fair. This year too, award-winning chefs will be cooking live on both days and revealing tips and tricks from their kitchens.
