Lisl Wagner-Bacher’s son-in-law Thomas Dorfer has designed a top-class menu in six courses that impressively demonstrates the high standard of the house. The host Klaus Wagner and his daughter Susanne Dorfer personally initiated the epicurean feast to express their passion for sparkling wines.
